Summary created out of 362 reviews

Camping de Noetselerberg is a well-maintained family campsite on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug nature reserve. Guests praise the modern, spotlessly clean sanitary facilities with spacious showers without coins or time limits. The location is ideal: directly at the forest with beautiful cycling and hiking routes, and close to the centre of Nijverdal. The swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), the indoor playground, and the enthusiastic animation team are highly appreciated, as well as the restaurant and the friendly service.

It’s not the campground it used to be—there’s a lot of noise in the evenings from screaming kids.
People walking from other campsites to the store don’t use the paths but keep walking right past your tent. It’s become too much of a kids’ campground. Small children are running around everywhere—in the restroom building, in the parking lots, and on the paths—and no one is keeping an eye on them. I also don’t like that men and women have to use the same showers and restrooms.

We had a wonderful week during the May break. It’s a beautiful campground with everything you need. The surroundings are also gorgeous, and there’s plenty to do in the area.

The snack bar is truly top-notch, especially the staff who work there. I was served by an extremely friendly young man with blond hair—I think his name was Ruben. Kudos to him, and to the delicious fried food, too!

Great campground with nice RV sites. Beautifully located on the edge of a large dog-off-leash area. Both are lovely, with wildlife.
